19th Annual U.S Pastry Competition, 2008
For the "Under the Sea" theme, Anthony created a magnificent showpiece with a blown glass stingray, fish and coral on a carved chocolate reef.
Aside from the spectacular "Life on the Reef" showpiece, Anthony made a great "Mother of Pearl" cake, with chocolate mousse, lemon cream, strawberry gelee velvety dark chocolate cake, and almond crunch sable.
He won the Silver Medal -It was a delicious victory!
